As of September 30, 2020 Avon became a higher risk community and can not move forward in Step 2 of Phase III. This means: • Outdoor performance venue capacity will remain at 25% with a max of 50 people.
- Indoor Theaters and Performance Venues remain closed.
- For arcades and indoor and outdoor recreation businesses with activities like trampolines, obstacle courses, roller rinks and laser tag must remain closed.
- Fitting rooms must remain closed.
- Gyms, museums, libraries and driving and flight schools must keep their capacity at 40%
- Outdoor gatherings at event venues and in public settings will be limited to 50 people and can not increase to 100.

While seven (7) positive COVID-19 cases is a small number, it is not the time to let up on the restrictions we have had in place. It is vital to continue to practice social distancing, wear face coverings, wash your hands and avoid large gatherings or house parties.
